TEMA: “Međunarodni projekti u zdravstvu – neostvarena očekivanja”
U Srbiji se u proteklom periodu za međunarodne projekte unapređenja zdravstvenog sistema potrošilo blizu 500 miliona evra iz donacija EU, kredita Evropske investicione banke i Svetske banke. Po glavi stanovnika (per capita) ni jedna zemlja kandidat za članstvo u EU nije dobila tako visok iznos za međunarodne projekte iz oblasti zdravstva a sa tako razočaravajućim ishodom.

Po medicinskim pokazateljima zdravstveni sistem je i dalje među poslednjim u Evropi (stopa opšte smrtnosti 14,2 ‰ ) a među prvima po ukupnoj potrošnji (10,6% BDP) i korupciji. To stanje ističe potrebu za ocenom korisnosti postojećeg modela sprovođenja međunarodnih projekata u zdravstvu Srbije.

Pristupiće se analizi neuspeha određenih međunarodnih projekta od sistemskog značaja sa ciljem identifikovanja raznih faktora rizika uz predlog preporuka kako bi se u budućnosti izbegli slični skupi neuspesi.

Round table with the subject “ International projects in public healthcare-unfulfilled expectations“ to be held on 31 March 2016 at 11,00 hours at the Press Center, Knez Mihajlova Street No.6/III.

In the past period in Serbia around 500 million Euros has been spent for international projects to improve the public healthcare system, all funds received through EU and European Investment Bank and World Bank. Not a single country candidate for EU membership has received per capita such huge amount for international projects in healthcare system but with such disappointing results.

Regretfully, according to medical indicators, Serbian healthcare system is amongst the last in Europe and among the first according to the consumption and corruption. Such grave situation cries for assessment of usefulness of the existing model of implementation of the international projects in Serbia’s health care system.

There will be an analysis of failures of certain international projects of systemic importance for the purpose of identifying various risk factors with proposal of recommendations so that in the future similar expensive flops can be avoided.
